The Fingerprint Recognition system, developed by SportSoft, is a direct replacement for membership swipe cards, and promises to be the de facto standard for health clubs and other leisure facilities. Instead of swiping a card, members simply place their finger on the scanner and their details flash up on the screen. There are obvious advantages to replacing membership cards with fingers; members can't forget their fingers, they cannot be lent to a friend, there is no printing, laminating or cutting and they do not cost anything. SportSoft's complete range of software products includes bookings, CRM, spa management, point of sale, access control, text messaging and email-merge.

RAPID BACTERIA TEST FOR POOLS AND SPAS
The AquaSafe Bacteria Test Strip is an antibody based rapid test, that detects Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, E.coli, Shigella, species of Salmonella, Enterobacter, Klebsiella, and many other coliform and non-coliform bacteria in swimming pools and spas - in less than 20 minutes.

The test has all the accuracy and reliability of a lab test in a disposable strip and requires no instrumentation or user training.

DANCE MAT SYSTEM FOR JUST £5,000
The Cyber Coach, a Virtual Fitness Instructor currently sold to schools, has now been boosted by the addition of several Dance Mat games.
As well as the well known dance type game, there is also a football game, a rocket ship game, and a car racing game all controlled by players on wired or wireless dance mats.

As explained by Product Director, Glen Jones: “The dance type game had been liked and used for years in the leisure industry. We wanted not only to add this game but also games aimed at boys. The Virtual Fitness Instructor side is getting bigger and better all the time with more and more classes featuring some of the best instructors in the country, but we wanted to make the Cyber Coach a must have machine in every school and leisure centre. As we designed and build the system in the UK, we are able to provide the system at a relatively low price (starting at £5,000). This also allows us to add and increase the functionality of the system in response to our customers’ needs.”

SHOKK LAUNCHES UNIQUE INTERACTIVE TRAVERSE WALL

The Traverse Wall promises to ignite young imaginations and help promote safe physical activity. SHOKK can exclusively supplying the product to any indoor environment with a supporting structure and can provide operators with an opportunity to design their own customised wall with a bespoke vinyl skin.
The impressive wall-mounted Traverse Wall enables young people to enjoy the experience of climbing in a safe and enjoyable way by flipping the concept on its head to make the challenge a horizontal climb rather than a vertical one. A timer/score panel records the climber’s progress along the wall between various interactive touch points, enhancing the user’s experience and also allowing multi-user competition.
